Content found on the LogoMaid.com web site is protected under copyright, trademark, proprietary or other intellectual property laws of United States of America, and any unauthorized use of such content may violate such laws or this agreement.

Limitations of use
- you may use our products for personal and commercial use
- you may modify, or have a third party modify any logo or corporate identity after purchase to meet your specific requirements
- you may sell a purchased non-unique logo or corporate identity to one client only; in case of unique logos or custom products, it's entirely up to you, as we include full copyrights with these products

Copyrights

Non-exclusive logos and corporate identity
- these products are sold more than once
- we do not transfer all copyrights to the buyer, just the right to use the product

Exclusive logos
- exclusive logos are sold just once and removed after purchase validated
- all copyright ownership and rights are transferred to the buyer

Billing information
No credit card information is being collected on our website. Information which you fill out when processing payment is stored eather at 2checkout or Worldpay Inc.

Refunds
LogoMaid.com products are intangible, and there are no means to physically return the product for a refund or exchange. Because of that we do not issue refunds. However, we will replace a damaged file with the same file, if such a request is made.

Trademarks
The trademarks and logos displayed on LogoMaid.com are the property of Vilords media. You are not permitted to use these without the prior written consent of Vilords media. LogoMaid and the LogoMaid logo are trademarks of Vilords media.
